Part-time education in Ukraine
Correspondence education is the most interesting for students who are not able to stay constantly in the territory of Ukraine, but work in their own country and simultaneously want to get higher education.
Correspondence education in Ukraine is especially interesting for citizens of Russian-speaking countries (such as Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, and others.), or citizens who are temporarily residing abroad.
When studying on the correspondence form, more time for self-studying of materials is required and it is necessary for student to arrive to pass the examination twice a year. The cost of correspondence education is much lower in comparison with the full-time study, but the duration of the study is bigger. For example, to obtain a bachelor’s degree 5.5 years of studying is required, and to obtain a master’s degree – 2 years.
Remote education for foreigners in Ukraine
It is one of the most popular forms of education in the world. It is realized through the use of the computer and telecommunication technologies that provide interactive communication among teachers and students at various stages of learning and self-studying of materials in the information network (online video lectures, virtual simulators and other technological solutions to ensure the effective learning process).
It is an ideal decision for those, who prefer modern information technologies in education and value their time.
The duration of education is the same as in the correspondence education system. To obtain the degree of “Bachelor” you need 5.5 years of education, a “Master” degree – 2 years.
An important advantage of remote education to the correspondence one is the use of modern technologies and the possibility of coming to the examination session to Ukraine once a year.
