The first question freshmen or their parents think about is “HOW to apply abroad without knowing language?”. For us the answer is simply and clear: english language is enough for that.
International language tests are a common requirement for admission to Universities’ programmes.
If you want to be proud, with an internationally recognized Master’s degree from a graduate school with a worldwide reputation, knowing necessary language and being able to prove it are two essential prerequisites.
You should understand that there are different things: to use daily English and to prepare for passing tests. We believe that students have to demonstrate some kind of proficiency in the foreign language when apply for abroad. You should be able to be easily involved into different activities, which will make the life your university more interesting. No doubts, you will have to do your classwork, research, group meetings, project teamwork and interaction with classmates and professors.
For that reason, a lot of different schools and universities have set an English language test as the first requirement for being admitted to their programmes.
There are two main internationally recognized English language tests which graduate accept. These tests are TOEFL, and IELTS. Both tests are the most widely respected English-language tests in the world, recognized by thousands of colleges, universities and agencies in more than 130 countries across the world. Both tests consist of 4 parts: speaking, writing, reading, listening. They are passed in the special test centers and checked by special professors.
Preparation for tests will take a lot of time. If you had just graduated the school and decide to apply for studying abroad you have to find free time for preparation (6 months min) and wait for the date of your tests, because you have to apply beforehand and pay for it. One test costs approximately 200-300 USD. Not everyone can venture to waste their time and money for that.

It is very valuable if you can confirm your knowledge with different certificates, but don’t keep your head just in that routine if you have an opportunity to save your money and you are sure that your language skills will allow you to study without any obstacles.
