Kharkiv National University of Construction and Architecture (KhNUBA) is a modern specialized educational and scientific center licensed and accredited to the higher (fourth) level, which prepares engineering and scientific personnel mainly for the north-eastern region of Ukraine, and successfully solves scientific and technical problems with formation and development of the country’s construction complex.

In the framework of the pilot project Compass, according to employers’ assessment, Kharkiv National University of Construction and Architecture in 2009 entered the top ten higher education institutions of Ukraine, and was awarded the 2nd prize place for the assessment of students of architecture and construction specialties.The Kharkiv National University of Construction systematically conducts reforms of the education system. Thus, in the educational process a credit transfer system is implemented, measures are being developed and implemented aimed at integrating higher education into the European educational space.T oday, the work of the team of the University is aimed at forming a new generation of qualified specialists in construction, architecture, economic profiles, ready for independent creative work.
